it happend

i met Joel McHale in real life. he talked to me, gave me a hug, signed my shirt, and then took a pic with me. for reals though it changed my life. he is crazy tall and i told him i want to do stand up and he was like "No way!" and then proceed to give me advice. i could not breath. and the fact that he is so legit makes it that much better.if you are not already aware Joel McHale is the host of The Soup and is one of the funniest people walking the earth today. the picture is kinda bad seeing how it was taken on my phone. he is also on my list of guys that i would marry if given a chance. i am sad to report he did not ask for my hand in marriage but he did laugh when he asked me what he should write on my shirt and i said "just write whatever is in your heart" then i got really nervous when he laughed at my joke. so that's it friends i am a changed women. if you are still unsure of who this man is than go ahead and YouTube his name are something.

eye candy

Singles Ward Halloween Party (N): meaning a place where a bunch of 20 somethings get together to mix and mingle. The men are free to dress how ever they choose but the women feel the need to dress as cute angles, minnie mouse, or a modest Marilyn Monroe.
But my dear blogger friends, this year i decided to break the mold, be something because i choose to be it and not because i want a boy to talk to me. I went to my singles ward halloween party as a Robot. That's right i spray painted a box silver and put a pot on my head and i rocked it all night long.

However for any of you worried about my ability to act "cute" in a Robot costume I took the liberty of makeing a how to video of how I work it as a Robot

you probably think this song is about you

this semester in school i am taking a voice class, and in this class we must choice a song and work on perfecting it so than the other class mates can tear it apart when you preform. for the next assignment the teacher wanted us to make a list of things that makes us unique then choose a song that bast displays the person with in. well this got me thinking and i started noticing things about myself that other people may not share. so here is a small portion of that list.

1) I enjoy writing in red pen

2) I can identify nearly every flower that gross in Arizona

3) every time i drive by a good climbing tree without stopping, i die a little inside

4) I do not enjoy swimming in the ocean

5) I feel uncomfortable in rain and snow

6) I think there is a special place in the underworld for people who drive hummers

7) buying school supplies gives me a natural high

8) floral prints make my heart smile

9) I have a love hate relationship with jazz music

10) i want to be buried in the Sleepy Hallo cemetery in new york state

so with all that said i think the song that well best soot me is "baby-got-back" by sir-mix-a-lot. if you have a different idea please do share.

one of the greatest songs ever written

the beatles
When I was born in '61, they already had a hit
And they worked so hard, and they, made it joe
they really worked really good, and they deserved
all their success
And they earned it, yes they did,
they didn't buy their respect

And everybody wanted to be like them
everybody wanted to be the beatles
And I really wanted to be like him but he died
the legendary rock group did?

Like a magical fariy tale that's hard to believe
But it really did happen they were live and shook the world
God bless them for what they've done
